Feeling in need of support but not sure if sitting on the couch in the therapy office or staring at your therapist on a computer screen is right for you? Maybe a walk and talk could be just the thing. For many of us moving our bodies can be very healing, there’s something about being on the go that takes the pressure off during a therapy session and helps our minds process problems differently, plus you can get exercise and fresh air all at the same time! Meet up with me outside of the office and we’ll move at a pace that works well for you. I will weave in many of the therapy interventions described on the previous page while we explore how the natural world can support your mental well being.

Please note walk and talks are not a good fit for those seeking EMDR or Prolonged Exposure. Walk and Talks are subject to limited availability.
